Short, easy and makes sense. I usually lay there thinking about random things I should of done. This helps me close the day and move on.
I’ve been using this after stressful days mostly. Takes barely any time and I feel like I dont carry the whole day into bed anymore.
I was skeptical about the stoic thing but its actually pretty practical. The “not in my control” part was a good reminder for me.
The next day part helped me alot. I write down one thing for tomorrow and then stop thinking about work. Still working on it but its helped.
Good little guide. I like that its not trying to make me meditate for 30 mins or something lol. Just a quick reset before bed.
My brain goes crazy at night 😂. Writing down what I can actually control makes things feel a lot less messy.
I didnt expect to like this tbh. The prompts are short and actually make you think. Been doing it most nights now.
The release exercise is prob my favorite. I tend to replay stuff from the day over and over. This gives me a way to just let it go.
Pretty simple but I liked it. I dont need some huge bedtime routine, this takes like 5 mins and thats enough for me.
I overthink everything before bed lol. The control / not in control part actually helped me shut my brain off a bit.
