Very straightforward and easy to use. I especially liked having one clear thing to focus on for tomorrow instead of waking up thinking about 15 different things. Small change but it helped me a lot.
My problem isnt falling asleep, its getting my brain to shut up 😂. This gave me a way to deal with the thoughts instead of fighting them. It’s become a little nighttime habit now.
Not gonna lie, I thought this would just be another journal lol. But I like the way it makes you separate actual tasks from random thoughts. Definitely something I’ll keep using.
The morning clarity check was actually my favorite part. Waking up already knowing the first thing I need to do makes the morning feel way less chaotic
I started using it when I have a million things going through my head before sleeping. The 5 minute reset is nice because I dont have to make it into a whole big routine. Just get it out and close the notebook.
Really liked this. I’ve tried journaling before but usually end up writing pages and pages and somehow feel more awake after. This is much quicker and gives you somewhere to put the thoughts and move on.
The idea of separating things into “Action” and “Let Go” sounds basic but it made a difference. I realized half the things keeping me awake werent even things I could do anything about that night.
I bought this mostly because I was tired of lying in bed thinking about random stuff I needed to do 😂. It actually helped. Once I wrote everything down it didnt feel so urgent anymore.
Honestly this is pretty simple but thats why I liked it. I dont need another complicated routine before bed. Write it out, sort it, pick one thing for tomorrow and done.
My brain is always 10x louder at night lol. I liked the thought dump because I could just write everything down instead of trying to remember it. The “tomorrow’s first step” part was probably the most useful for me.
